Yes, if the server has not been cancelled in writing, it always renews based on the minimum contract length selected in the order form.
Where are the servers located?
The servers are located in Düsseldorf, Germany, in our own datacenter. From there, we have a direct connection to all our national and international customers. With direct lines to Amsterdam in the Netherlands (AMS-IX), Frankfurt in Germany (DE-CIX) and Zurich in Switzerland (Swiss-IX), we’re hooked into the most important Internet exchange points for our customers. What kind of hardware do you use?
Battlefield 4 game servers need a lot of power. That’s why we rely only on tried-and-tested high-performance components from Intel, like the newest Sandy Bridge Core i7 CPUs.
What kind of BF4 admin tools do you offer?
There are a whole range of admin tools, but one stands out from the crowd. We recommend Procon as the admin tool of choice for your Battlefield 3 ranked server. Combined with the Procon layer, your BF3 server can be extended and customized with a range of plugins and tools. The admin tool itself is free and allows you to kick and ban users or configure and update server settings and much more. Additionally, there’s a live console via which your commands can be executed directly on the server, like running a PunkBuster update, for example.
