Our servers can be ordered either as a full managed server, that is, the complete management of the server is done exclusively through our own web interface. Gameserver and Voiceserver can be installed and managed automatically. In case of problems you will get full support from us if there should be any problems with the hardware or software.
The servers can also be used with full SSH access. In this case, the server can still be managed through our web interface, but in addition to the direct SSH access, any other Linux software can be installed by you independently. Since we can hardly keep track of what you install yourself, we can only offer hardware support.
For 9,50 € monthly the Plesk WebAdmin Edition can be installed on the servers.

Our root servers always have a default installation with Ubuntu 22.04.
But subsequently the operating system can be changed free of charge with a fully automatic installation. Debian 12, Ubuntu 24.04 and Windows Server 2025 Standard DE/EN (unlicensed) are available.
Please note that our gameserver interface and Plesk are only compatible with Ubuntu 22.04.
